Archives and Records Management: University Archives

University Archives

University records are our memory of decisions and transactions across a huge range of academic and administrative activities. If managed well, they provide insight into the development of the University over the course of its history, and preserve the memory of its organizational endeavors and achievements.

Inactive administrative records (i.e., records you do not access on a regular basis) may be stored in the University Archives. The University Archives is the official repository for all University records of lasting value once they are no longer needed for current use.
